Founder James Giantis has spent over 35 years working alongside and discipling people from all walks of life. Through decades of leadership training and coaching, he has developed a deep, battle-tested knowledge of what not to do and why, as well as what to do and why.

We do not coach from a distance. The Mentors and More Ministries team lives and serves in local Southern California communities while supporting families across the globe through premium virtual programs.

James has assembled a dedicated team of Christian soldiers who are uniquely prepared, educated, and willing to get right in the trenches with you. When met with behavioral standoffs or complex resistance, our team remains safe, stable, and ready to handle the tough stuff.
